Positivty / Motivation

Overcoming a bad week
This recent week I have had a really bad week. Everything seems to be going slow and I just want to get done and over with school and explore the real world. I no longer want to study in classrooms and sit and write and give exams, I want to explore and find a meaning.

Here are a few pieces of advice from me:
1) Always remember there are people around you who are getting influenced by you. This makes me want to spread positivity and make everyone smile so they get the positive energy too!

2) ITS GOING TO BE FRIDAY IN A FEW DAYS, so stop dwelling and think on the brighter side :)

3) Take it slow, and stop worrying because whatever you are worried about is less likely to turn out that way!

4) Take breaks, take a rest and don't forget to smile!

Go Slowly:

When you go too fast, eat fast, think fast, walk fast... things don't go the way you want them to go. Doing things fast leads to stress, and overthinking, we often drown ourselves in our thoughts and forget about the life ahead of us, we forget about the people around us and we then loose sense and forget about everything. Negative thoughts rule the mind, drown all the positivity and make you into a dull person.

So, when I say "go slowly" I mean it, go slowly, take breaks and think with your mind open. When we go fast we make decisions without thinking, we say things that hurt others and we realise we can't take our words back, so the only thing we have left is to say sorry but that won't make everything the same again. Therefore, you need to allow yourself to take the time you need, you need to walk ahead and go in slow paces because going slowly is better than going rapidly and making the same mistakes over and over again. Because eventually we will get bored and boredom often leads to failure and negativity, we want to spread positivity and happiness around not hatred.
